The founding four of Theta Xi Eta
United by purpose, passion, and genuine sisterhood, the four of us came together to establish a non-collegiate organization where women are valued, uplifted, and empowered to create meaningful impact in our communities.

Ursula Bellamy Jones
About me:
As a Founder and the Executive Director of Theta Xi Eta, I welcome you to a space built on a foundation of growth, love, and authentic sisterhood. My life is guided by a simple truth: God first, and everything else follows. For 14 years, I have poured my heart into the field of cosmetology as an instructor, using my profession to build confidence in others. My family is my greatest joy; I am happily married to a retired military veteran and am the proud mother of one son serving on active duty. My son is happily married, and they have recently blessed me with my very first grandbaby, adding a beautiful new layer of love to my life. My ultimate passion is people. Whether I am caring for our cherished senior population, mentoring and encouraging our youth, or creating community outreach initiatives, my mission is to serve. I envisioned Theta Xi Eta as a place where women can truly flourish, and I am honored to walk this journey of faith and service, resting daily in the protection and promise of my favorite scripture, Psalms 91.
"True sisterhood isn't just about where we stand today it's about how we lift each other up as we grow into tomorrow.".

Marquita Briggs
About Me:
A Woman of Faith, Family, Purpose & Vision
I am Marquita Briggs a woman of faith, a proud mother, entrepreneur, educator, and visionary. I believe everything God has placed within me has purpose.Family is my heart, and motherhood is one of my greatest blessings. My son, Dion Antonio Samuel, affectionately known as Mr. DAS, has brought immeasurable love and purpose into my life. His story reminds me that delay does not mean denial. With over 23 years in the beauty industry, I have built multiple businesses under the Prolific brand, including Prolific Styles of Art Beauty and Barber Salon, Prolific Academy of Events, and my event design ventures. I also serve as a cosmetology educator at Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology, where I received the 2026 Teacher of the Year Award. My faith is the foundation of everything I do. Through prayer, perseverance, and purpose, I continue to trust God’s timing and promises. One scripture that holds special meaning to me is 1 Samuel 1:27: “For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him.” My desire is to grow spiritually, love my family intentionally, expand my businesses, and inspire others to believe their dreams are still possible. I am a woman of many roles, but one purpose: to glorify God through the life I live, the love I give, and the legacy I leave.

Robreka Stacks
About me:
I am a woman of God, a proud wife, a mother of four, a licensed cosmetologist, and a woman who believes in purpose, growth, and serving others. I have always had a heart for people and a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves. Whether it’s through my career, my community, or the relationships I build, I believe in making a difference wherever I go. Giving back, uplifting others, and being a voice of encouragement are things that truly mean something to me, especially when it comes to our youth, women and men. As a founder, I want to help build something bigger than myself. I believe sisterhood should be rooted in love, loyalty, respect, accountability, service, and genuine support. I want to be part of something where women can grow together, celebrate one another, hold each other accountable, and make a real difference in the world around them. My vision is to create a legacy that goes beyond titles and letters. I want our work, our service, and the lives we touch to speak for who we are. I believe that when women come together with a common purpose, there is no limit to what we can accomplish. I am walking in my purpose, trusting God’s timing, and embracing everything He has called me to become. This is bigger than me, and I am excited about what we are building and the legacy we will leave behind. We are not just building an organization we are building sisterhood, creating change, and leaving a legacy that will live on for generations.
"We wanted to create a safe and uplifting space where women could grow together, support one another, serve their communities, and celebrate each other without judgment."
